About Rockefeller State Park Preserve
Common activities in the park includes horse - riding, strolling, running, running, winged animal watching, and angling. The park has a rich history and was given to the State of New York after some time by the Rockefeller Family starting in 1983.
It is assigned by the National Audubon Society as an Important Bird Area with more than 180 species, and is known for its untamed life, carriage trails, and grand vistas. The recreation center's 32 miles 51 km of carriage streets enable guests to see the different living spaces of the 1,552-section of land 6.28 km2 park, which incorporate open knolls, thick woods, wandering creeks, wetlands, and the 24-section of land 97,000 m2 Swan Lake.
