About Reagan
Reagan is a unincorporated group in Falls County, Texas, United States. It lies at the convergence of State Highway 6 and Farm-to-Market Road 413, nine miles 14 km southeast of Marlin. The Representative Dan Kubiak was conceived in Reagan in 1938. He served from three House areas in the vicinity of 1969 and 1983 and again from 1991 until his demise in 1998.
Kubiak's more youthful sibling, L. B. Kubiak, is a veterinarian in Austin and a Rockdale inhabitant who from 1983 to 1991 held a similar House seat. Reagan was built up in 1873, soon after the Waco and Northwestern Railroad finished the segment of track amongst Bremond and Ross. A mail station opened that year, too, and was named for William Reason Reagan who gave the land for the townsite.
