Portland Head Light
About Portland Head Light
Portland Head Light, casually known as the Cape Elizabeth Lighthouse, is a notable beacon in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. The light station sits on a head of land at the passageway of the essential delivery channel into Portland Harbor, which is inside Casco Bay in the Gulf of Maine. Finished in 1791, it is the most seasoned beacon in the province of Maine. The light station is mechanized, and the pinnacle, signal, and foghorn are kept up by the United States Coast Guard, while the previous beacon attendants' home is a sea historical center inside Fort Williams Park. You can visit this place with your friends and family members.
