About NC Baseball Museum
It has more than 3328 square feet and grandstands memorabilia of numerous angles from crosswise over North Carolina. Memorabilia is from athletes that are local North Carolinians, and the historical center is featured by grandstands for Luke Appling, Rick Ferrell, Jim "Catfish" Hunter, Gaylord Perry, Buck Leonard, Enos Slaughter, and Hoyt Wilheim, the seven Hall of Fame inductees in Cooperstown from North Carolina. Players that have played at Fleming Stadium, for example, Rod Carew, Richie Ashburn, Robin Roberts and Ted Williams are additionally featured, alongside such notables as Trot Nixon, Josh Hamilton, Freddie Bynum and Landon Powell. The historical center highlights a "Stroll of Fame", a gathering of blocks to demonstrate memory, respect and acknowledgment to players, fans and their families.
