Naval War College Museum

The Naval War College Museum in Newport, Rhode Island is situated in the building that housed the main Naval War College, a structure that was initially worked in the mid nineteenth century to house Newport's poor.

This building is currently called Founders Hall. With the Chief of Naval Operations' endorsement, the Naval War College Museum was set up in 1952 to store and oversee accumulations of recorded artifacts.

The historical center shows the present displays on three noteworthy subjects: the historical backdrop of the Naval War College since it was built up in 1884; the historical backdrop of every single maritime movement in the zone of Narragansett Bay since the pilgrim times; and the historical backdrop of the science and specialty of maritime fighting from the antiquated circumstances to today.
