National Championship Air Races
About National Championship Air Races
The air terminal simply outside Reno at the site of the previous Stead Air Force Base, a huge number of air race aficionados from everywhere throughout the world come to watch the National Championship Air Races, an energizing occasion for northern Nevada.
The races most recent seven days, and amid that time several pilots and groups plunge on Reno with their affectionately looked after air ship. There are six dashing classes, an immense standing presentation of air ship, and ious common and military flight shows. Bill Stead composed the primary races in 1964, and from that point forward they have missed just a single year – the time of 9/11. Sadly, the Reno air races are the last of their kind.
