About Mission Historical Museum
The Mission Historical Museum is a non-benefit association, which initially opened its entryways in 2002, and serves the group of Mission and guests to the territory. The Museum keeps up both long haul and brief shows, and exhibits an assortment of occasions and projects for all ages.The Museum is housed in two memorable structures in downtown Mission. The Shary Building, which conveys a Texas verifiable marker, was worked by Valley pioneer John H. Shary in 1939, and housed his business workplaces until obtained by the City of Mission in 1960. The structure was changed into a historical center subsequent to filling in as Mission's City Hall for a long time. The Post Office building was worked in 1940.
