About Lyceum
The Lyceum is a notable structure in Alexandria city of Virginia region. It was worked in 1839 and has been recorded on the National Register of Historic Places since May 27, 1969. This structure is one of the famous spot at Alexandria, which was worked, from blocks from the first St. Mary sanctuary, as a perpetual home for the Alexandria Lyceum and the Alexandria Library.
It filled in as a doctor's facility amid the American Civil War. After the war it turned into a private home and later filled in as an office building. Today it is the official city history historical center of Alexandria. Visitors come across the globe with their friends and family to enjoy here.
