About Ludlams Beach Lighthouse
Ludlam's Beach Lighthouse was initially called Ludlam Island in 1692 after Joseph Ludlam who had bought the land to give his sheep and steers a chance to touch. It would be obtained just about 200 years after the fact in 1880 by Charles K. Landis who might build up another group called Sea Isle City. After the momentum proprietors of the beacon building offered it for gift on the stipulation that it be moved to another property, the Friends of Ludlam Beach Lighthouse association started working with the City of Sea Isle to discover an area to move the first structure.
As of April 2009, a revamped Excursion Park or the arranged Passive Park was the two most well known areas. In the event that the structure had been moved, it was intended to reestablish it to its condition in 1900, and open it as a gallery. By the mid year of 2010, the Friends of Ludlam Beach Lighthouse had not achieved their raising support objectives, and the building was obliterated on September 21, 2010 to clear a path for three private homes.
