Lewis Army Museum initially Fort Lewis Military Museum is a military historical center at Fort Lewis in the territory of Washington, U.S. It is housed in the noteworthy previous Red Shield Inn, which is recorded on the National Register of Historic Places NRHP and can be seen unmistakably from Interstate 5. It is the main confirmed U.S. Armed force historical center on the West Coast. Inside the gallery are roughly 10,000 square feet of inside showcases of different accumulations of regalia and gear, including "Fighters of the Northwest", I Corps, the ninth Infantry Division, the Medical Corps, and "The Army Family". Outside, on 2.5 sections of land, in the Vehicle Park, are a gathering of tanks, jeeps, and other military vehicles, alongside weapons, including a Nike-Hercules Missile and a Honest John rocket.
