Leo J. Ryan Park

Leo J. Ryan Memorial Park is a recreational city park, situated in Foster City, California and kept running by the city government and nearby residents. Initially called basically "Central Park", the park was named in respect and memory of Congressman Leo J. Ryan. The park is arranged on 20 sections of land 8 ha which ignore Foster City's tidal pond.
