Legion of Honor

A noteworthy Neoclassical Beaux-Arts working in a stunning setting, the California Palace of the Legion of Honor in San Francisco's most perfect gallery. The Legion of Honor was the endowment of the socialite, altruist, and benefactor of human expressions Alma de Bretteville Spreckels. In light of her adoration for everything Parisian, the historical center was planned as a reproduction of the Palais de la Légion d'Honneur in Paris.

The Legion of Honor gallery has a radiant gathering of European enriching expressions, model, and compositions, alongside artifacts from the Mediterranean and Near East. The historical center is in Lincoln Park, a beautiful green space with a fairway and beachfront forests and a magnificent place for a lackadaisical walk. Simply outside the gallery, guests may take after the way along Lincoln Highway, which brags awesome sea vistas and impeccable viewpoints onto the Golden Gate Bridge.
