About Landis Valley Museum
The Landis Valley Museum is a living history town and homestead with a mission to gather, protect and decipher the history and culture of the Pennsylvania German provincial group. It was opened in 1925 by Henry and George Landis, welcoming guests to encounter the eighteenth and nineteenth century town and ranch life in Lancaster County.
The exhibition hall has a broad instruction program that offers workshops, field treks and uncommon occasions where youngsters and grown-ups can learn new aptitudes, exchanges and specialties. Landis Valley is additionally home to The Heirloom Seed Project and the offices are accessible to lease for weddings, parties and corporate gatherings.
