Lakeside Forest Wilderness Area

This forest area is in the core of Branson. It offers a nature escape with 140 sections of land and 5.3 miles of trails running from simple to troublesome. From its initiation in 1998, the recreation center was imagined to be a grandstand for nature and excellence in the Ozarks. With its vicinity to Highway 76, it is exceptionally available to inhabitants and guests alike.

An extensive wooden log passage over an elaborate iron door with an ornamental local stone facade invites guests to the recreation center. Other late enhancements incorporate a nature play area and a structure close to the passage. Outing zones have just been included at the trail head, the Owen Homestead site and at the south end of the circle trail.
