Lake Michigan

Lake Michigan is one of the five Great Lakes of North America and the just a single found totally inside the United States. The other four Great Lakes are shared by the U.S. furthermore, Canada. It is the second-biggest of the Great Lakes by volume and the third-biggest by surface region, after Lake Superior and Lake Huron and is marginally littler than the U.S. territory of West Virginia. Toward the east, its bowl is conjoined with that of Lake Huron through the wide Straits of Mackinac, giving it an indistinguishable surface rise from its easterly partner; the two are actually a solitary lake.
