Joshua

Joshua is a city in the United States. The City Council is picked by the voters to fill in as the City's Board of Directors and develop the methodologies of the City. The City Manager is assigned by the City Council to fill in as the Chief Executive Officer and complete the methodologies developed by the City Council and furthermore direct regular errands of all City Departments. The City Council holds its general social affairs on the third Thursday of reliably at City Hall arranged at 101 South Main.

It is in the Cross Timbers locale aground authorized by W. W. Byers in 1867. The fragment was sold in 1874 to John Powell. Caddo Grove, two miles west of Joshua, was the principal aggregate in the district. It had its own particular mail station and was a prospering town until the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway was done from Cleburne to Fort Worth in 1881.
