Indian Well State Park
About Indian Well State Park
Indian Well State Park is a park in Derby. The beautiful falls, and shaded cookout woods at the water's edge make this park an awesome place to spend an apathetic summer day.
The shoreline, alongside four other inland shorelines around the state, was shut Tuesday because of raised levels of non-sickness conveying microscopic organisms in the water, following Sunday's substantial downpours. Inordinate stormwater overflow from those showers caused the expansion in microbes. Neighborhood Native Americans never really utilized the territory as a well. In spite of the fact that the falls are flawless, the Park's essential fascination is its area on the western bank of the Housatonic River. The shaded cookout forest at the water's edge is a decent spot to spend an apathetic summer day.
