The Senator John Heinz History Center is the biggest history historical center in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Named after U.S. Congressperson H. John Heinz III from Pennsylvania, it is situated in the Strip District of Pittsburgh.The History Center highlights the Western Pennsylvania Sports Museum and the Library and Archives, and incorporates six stories of perpetual and changing presentations that recount the tale of Western Pennsylvania. Despite the fact that it was initially settled in 1879,3 the Historical Society of Western Pennsylvania opened its ebb and flow area in the noteworthy Strip District along the Allegheny River in 1996. It is named for H. John Heinz III, the late US Senator from Pennsylvania who passed on in a 1991 plane crash.
