Harmon Park
About Harmon Park
Gained by Bend Kiwanis with a gift from New York giver, William Harmon, this stop is situated along the Deschutes River over the waterway from Drake Park. Stop highlights incorporate two softball fields utilized as a soccer field in the fall, restrooms and a play area. The Hobby Hut and Boat House now work as an Outdoor Center, the gathering place for a considerable lot of our open air programs.
In 2000, this stop experienced a noteworthy restoration, including another water system framework, paver walkways, refreshed play area territory, sports stopping boards and different highlights to improve the guest's involvement. Harmon Park is otherwise called the "Vessel Park" by the group. This is because of the much-cherished watercraft that has been a long-lasting apparatus in the play area. .
