Henrys Lake is a little, shallow snow capped lake,approximately 021 km sq. in territory, at 6.4 km long and 3.2 km in width. It is situated at 1,973 m above ocean level in the mountains. It is 16 miles due west of the western limit of Yellowstone National Park. Henrys Lake is a prominent goal for brandish angling. The most widely recognized species in the lake is Yellowstone merciless. They make up 55 percent of the trout populace. The second most common species is rainbow-vicious cross breeds, which make up 24 percent of the populace. There are 83 overnight campgrounds, and also lodges in the recreation center. A portion of the washrooms offer showers. There are climbing trails in the recreation center, both cleared and rock.
