Eudora Welty House and Garden

A National Historic Landmark, the Eudora Welty House was the home of universally acclaimed creator Eudora Welty. She composed quite a bit of her work in this house until the point when she passed away in 2001. After entering, you will get yourself transported back to 1986 when Eudora Welty passed on the house to Mississippi alongside a significant number of the things inside. Her house is enhanced with canvases, clothes, furniture, carpets, and photos, just to give some examples of the things you will see on your visit.

Guests are especially intrigued by her amazing accumulation of books, of which there are thousands. She was, of course, a devoted peruser of incredible writing.
