Eiteljorg Museum of American Indian and Western Art

The Eiteljorg Museum of American Indian and Western Art is situated at the passageway to White River State Park. Likewise in plain view is a broad gathering of works of the Taos Society of Artists, and Indian expressions and artworks from all finished North America. The historical center shows a surprising accumulation gathered by the Indianapolis businessperson Harrison Eiteljorg. This museum is the oldest museum in this city.

It incorporates painting and model of the west from the mid nineteenth century onwards, including works by the landscapists Albert Bierstadt and Thomas Moran, and pictures and figure by the main Western specialists Frederick S. Remington and Charles M. Russell.
