Day Trip to New Braunfels for Country Music and Small-Town Charm

Around 40 minutes upper east of San Antonio is the town of New Braunfels, with beguiling notable regions and down home music exhibitions by a portion of the greatest names in the business. The Gruene Historic District is one of the principle features, with an old Grist Mill that has been changed over into a delightful riverside eatery and the acclaimed Gruene Hall, the most seasoned move lobby in America.

Today, this building is still in task, with unrecorded music exhibitions consistently. Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson, and George Strait are only a portion of the entertainers who have graced this little stage throughout the years. Additionally not to be missed is the General Store, which seems as though it may have been transplanted here from an entire other time.
