Chudnow Museum of Yesteryear
About Chudnow Museum of Yesteryear
The building which sits at 839 North eleventh Street in Milwaukee was worked in 1869 in the Italianate draftsman style regular to Milwaukee of the day and age, and was initially the home of Daniel Schultz and his family. Albert Seeboth later turned into the proprietor and renovated the working in 1906 by including and entryway patio, a third floor and changing the look to a German Revival style. Before Mr. Chudnow acquired the property, it was the specialist's center and home of Dr. Joseph J. Eisenberg. In 1966, Mr. Chudnow purchased the house. The building filled in as his law office and as a base for his administration organization. As Mr. Chudnow's broad antiques gathering extended, he started to show pieces in his office. In 2009, the exhibition hall board decided the workplace on eleventh Street would be rebuilt solely for the Chudnow Museum of Yesteryear.
