Charles Allis House
About Charles Allis House
Initially, this space worked as the Allis' front passageway corridor, where guests to the house were gotten before meeting with the Allises. The Marble Hall's name gets from the four Italian marbles covering the dividers and floor. Marble skilled workers from Italy were brought over to introduce it. The utilization of marble in the passage goes astray from the customary Tudor-style portal. The barrel-vaulted roof is secured with coved mortar adorned with an example featuring the Tudor rose theme. The greater part of the entryways driving from the Marble Hall are leaded-glass stash entryways. There is a marble wellspring before the south window of the Dining Room that was bought at a display in Paris. It's dated at some point in the vicinity of 1875 and 1900. The wellspring was plumbed and completely useful, and is marked by the craftsman.
