Capital Repertory Theater is an expert provincial performance center situated on North Pearl Street in Albany. With a seating limit of 286, it is the main venue in New York's Capital District. Set up in 1981, the auditorium is housed in a previous relinquished general store called the Grand Cash Market. Volunteers gave materials and work to revamp the building with the goal that it could be utilized as a theater.
Notwithstanding the primary lobby, the performance center likewise contains a practice corridor, an ensemble making shop, and a bistro. The auditorium has displayed more than 5,000 exhibitions including plays and musicals, for example, A Christmas Carol, Gypsy, My Fair Lady, and some more.
