Byers Evans House

The Byers-Evans House is well known among locals and visitors,. Every year it attracts many visitors, it was home to two unmistakable Denver families and is one of the city's most noteworthy historic points. Worked in 1883, it has been wonderfully reestablished to the period in the vicinity of 1912 and 1924. Finished wood completes, brilliantly designed backdrops, fancy mantles, and period draperies shape a background for a rich assortment of Evans family decorations.

It's a special ordeal strolling through this period house, carefully reestablished to the 1920s time with cleaned collectibles, designed backdrop, thick window hangings and period work of art; the rooms aren't restricted so you can meander into them. Guided visits run each hour beginning 10:30am Monday to Saturday and 1:30pm Sunday.
