About Boulder River
It streams north through precipitous gorge, a waterfall under a characteristic extension, and northwest in an augmenting valley past McLeod. The Boulder River is a tributary of the Yellowstone River, around 60 mi long, in south focal Montana in the United States.It ascends in the Gallatin National Forest in the Absaroka Range in southern Park County. It joins the Yellowstone at Big Timber.
The scene of the Boulder River and waterway valley has justified the recording of two motion pictures: A River Runs Through It and The Horse Whisperer. The stream is a famous goal for fly angling. Different attractions in the valley incorporate a few church camps, a visitor farm, and a few USFS campgrounds. The Forest Service likewise keeps up a few watch stations, trailheads, and cookout territories in the valley.
