Anaheim is a city in Orange County, California, which is part of the Los Angeles metropolitan area. According to the 2010 United States Census, the city's population was 336,265, making it the 10th most populous city in Orange County and the 10th most populous city in California. Anaheim is the second largest city in the land area phrases in Orange County, and is thought to be home to groups of Disneyland Resort, Convention Center, and its two major sporting activities: Anaheim Duck ice hockey membership and the Angels baseball group. Anaheim Was established in 1857 by fifty German families and was incorporated on March 18, 1876 as the second city in Los Angeles County; Orange County can later be separated from Los Angeles County in 1889.
Anaheim became an agricultural community on a large scale after its opening in Disneyland in 1955. Due to this, many motels and resorts were built around the place, and residential districts were soon seen in Anaheim. The city further developed as a business center producing electronics, aircraft elements and canned fruits. Anaheim is a constitutional city. The town of Anaheim was established in 1857 by 50 German-Americans, who were residents of San Francisco and whose homes originated in Rothenberg Ob Boucher, Bavaria, in Franconia. After traveling through the state in search of a suitable surroundings to develop grapes, the group decided to purchase.
