A. S. Bradford House
About A. S. Bradford House
The Bradford House well known for his historic presence, it has been a piece of Placentia since 1902, when the prosperous farmer Albert Sumner Bradford fabricated it for his family home and the middle for his citrus business. The adjusted Queen Anne Victorian-style home cost $8,000. With two stories, 15 rooms and a full storm cellar, it is an astounding case of a rich turn-of-the-century home. The house is outfitted in average 1900-1920 style. A ruby glass window, coved roofs, high quality hemlock staircase, take entryways and a twofold chimney isolating the back parlor and the lounge area improve the primary floor. The huge kitchen brags worked in cabinetry, roof high organizers and a monstrous worktable with sugar and flour receptacles.
