Well known among locals and visitors, The Christmas Story House is a nineteenth century Victorian house best known for being the home of Ralphie Parker's in the 1983 film A Christmas Story. The house was acquired by a private designer and reestablished to its previous "film star" radiance. Today, it is available to people in general.
The Christmas Story Museum is arranged right over the street from the house and highlights a scope of memorabilia, ensembles, and unique props from the film, including Randy's snowsuit, the toys from the Higbee's window, and the well known family auto. Peruse through uncommon in the background photographs as you make a stride back in time, and complete off your visit by looking for your own memorabilia at the exhibition hall blessing shop. The historical center is open seven days seven days, year-round.
