Upper Rivington
About Upper Rivington
Upper Rivington is isolated from Lower Rivington store by the 292-yard highway called the Horrobin Embankment, worked to enable access to the town of Rivington. Aside from the common Horrobin bank Upper Rivington has two others, the more one named Yarrow Embankment on its western side. It is called this since it stands 40ft over the River Yarrow. The dike conveys a private street it is an open pathway called The Street between Horrobin Lane and Knowsley Lane.
The vast majority of the structures along The Street were worked by Liverpool Waterworks to supplant building lost underneath the store, even the noteworthy house that is as well, named The Street take after connection for photographs of the properties and the perspectives of the Street. On its eastern side, there is the short bouled called the Pilkington Embankment which is 89 yards in length
