About Tooting Bec
Tooting Bec is within the London Borough of Wandsworth, south London, England. It is known as after Bec Abbey in Normandy, which turned into given land in the location after the Norman Conquest. Saint Anselm, the second one Abbot of Bec, is reputed to have been a vacationer to Tooting Bec earlier than he succeeded Lanfranc as Archbishop of Canterbury.
