About Thorpe Bay
Thorpe Bay is a territory inside the precinct of Southend on Sea in Essex, England situated on the Thames Estuary. Thorpe Bay is arranged inside the Thorpe ward of Southend on Sea. It is around 4 miles toward the east of Southend. Initially the region was called Thorpe, however it was renamed Thorpe Bay, after the railroad station. The station had been given the name to demonstrate that it was a coastline settlement. The lion's share of Thorpe Bay comprises of private properties, mostly inherent the 1920, organized in a matrix design.
Thorpe Bay can be characterized as the territory between Thorpe Hall Avenue toward the west past which is South church, Thorpe Bay shoreline toward the south, Maplin Way toward the east, past which is Shoeburyness, up to Acacia Avenue. The Post Office does not perceive Thorpe Bay as a postal region. The principle shopping region, named 'The Broadway' after the street on which it lies, is a motorcade of retail shops and eateries, and in addition restorative and expert practices.
