Stock

Stock is a town and common parish in south Essex, England. It is around 6 miles south of Chelmsford, the district town. The town is in the precinct of Chelmsford and in the parliamentary voting public of Maldon.

The town has three holy places: the Church of England area church of All Saints, the Catholic Church of Our Lady and St Joseph and Christ Church Free.

There are three bars in the town: The Bear, The Hoop, and The Baker's Arms and two different bars on the edges, the Ship close West Hanningfield and the King's Head close Billericay and Buttsbury.

There is a mail station and general store, a tapas eatery and Coffee shop. There is a lodging, bar and eatery called the Hard.
