Soak Hill is a prominent vacationer road in the noteworthy city of Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England.
At the highest point of the slope is the passage to Lincoln Cathedral and at the base is Well Lane. The Hill comprises of free shops, lunch nooks and pubs.In 2011, Steep Hill was named "England's Best Place" by the Academy of Urban ism.
