Richmond Park
About Richmond Park
Richmond Park is in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, was made by Charles I in the seventeenth century as a deer stop. The biggest of London's Royal Parks, it is of national and worldwide significance for untamed life protection.
It incorporates numerous structures of building or memorable premium. The Grade I-recorded White Lodge was once in the past an imperial living arrangement and is currently home to the Royal Ballet School.
The park’s limit dividers and ten different structures are recorded at Grade II, including Pembroke Lodge, the home of nineteenth century British Prime Minister Lord John Russell and his grandson, the logician Bertrand Russell.
