Limeslade Bay
About Limeslade Bay
Limeslade Bay is a little bay just toward the west of Bracelet Bay in the south east corner of the Gower Peninsula. It is a shielded, essentially rough shoreline with little sand. Showering is conceivable. There is an auto stop in the nearby Bracelet Bay. From Limeslade Bay there is a precipice stroll to Langland Bay, about a large portion of a mile toward the west. Of note is an iron mine at the leader of the inlet, close to the roadside.
This is accepted to have been worked from Roman circumstances. It is currently shut and closed. The cove has a fluctuated and distinctive topography from that of the neighboring Bracelet Bay. This is one of the many 'slades' one finds in Gower - little valleys or dells, typically opening on to the ocean.
