About Leavesden Country Park
Leavesden Country Park covers a region of more than 110 sections of land 27 hectares situated off College Road in Abbots Langley. The recreation center is framed on the grounds initially having a place with the Leavesden Asylum and St. Pancras Orphanage. The refuge and the shelter were both developed in 1868 and proceeded in different structures until 1995.
Two of the first healing center structures can at present be seen from the north side of the recreation center, which comprises of two kids' play regions, three football pitches, a grown-up open-air exercise center, a BMX track and more than 20 sections of land of forest zone. The south side includes around 50 sections of land of regular English parkland alongside an assortment of apple trees, a pergola and the biggest Monkey Puzzle tree in Hertfordshire.
