Kingston upon Hull, normally abridged to Hull, is a city and unitary expert in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It lies upon the River Hull at its intersection with the Humber Estuary, 25 miles 40 km inland from the North Sea, with a populace of 260,700 mid-2017 est.. Structure is 154 miles 248 km north of London, 50 miles 80 km east of Leeds and 67 miles 108 km upper east of Sheffield. The town of Wyke on Hull was established late in the 12th century.
