About Islwyn
Islwyn is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the UK. This region, historically recognised for coal-mining, is a safe Labour Party seat which was as soon as held with the aid of the party's former leader Neil Kinnock, who served as competition chief for almost a decade till 1992.
