About Hartham Common
Hartham Common is a vast entrenched open space in the focal point of Hertford, containing natural life rich stream passageways; dairy cattle nibbled knolls, and a system of ways and different recreational offices. It is currently claimed and overseen by East Herts Council. With more than 1,000 years of written history and found near the focal point of Hertford, Hartham Common has a scope of offices including a relaxation focus and swimming pool, two all-around prepared play regions, a skate stop, football pitches, knocking down some pins green, tennis courts and plentiful open stopping, and in addition broad riverside and forest strolls.
A system of Public Rights of Way interface with and through the open space, connecting Hertford and Ware. In 2013 it was devoted as a Queen Elizabeth II Field in the festivity of the Diamond Jubilee in 2012.
