About Farnworth
Farnworth is a town and an unparished area within the Metropolitan Borough of Bolton in Greater Manchester, England. It is found 2.3 miles southeast of Bolton, 4.3 miles south-west of Bury and 7.5 miles northwest of Manchester. Verifiably in Lancashire, Farnworth lies on the River Irwell and the River Croal. As indicated by the United Kingdom Census 2001, it had a populace of 25,264 individuals.
