Chiltern Open Air Museum
About Chiltern Open Air Museum
Chiltern Open Air Museum is an autonomous outdoors exhibition hall of vernacular structures and a vacation spot situated close Chalfont St Peter and Chalfont St. Giles in the Chiltern Hills, Buckinghamshire, England. The gallery is an enrolled philanthropy under English law and has few full-time staff and a volunteer workforce of roughly 200.
The gallery was established in 1976 and intends to protect and reestablish normal English structures from the Chilterns, which may some way or another have been obliterated or pulverized. The structures have been moved to the exhibition hall's 45-section of the land site, which incorporates forest and parkland. The accumulation has in excess of 30 structures on see including stables, other customary homestead structures, and houses.
