Aviation Museum
About Aviation Museum
The Bournemouth Aviation Museum is an aeronautics historical center situated beside Bournemouth International Airport, close to the town of Hurn in Christchurch. It houses ious air ship, air motors, cockpits and a twofold decker transport. Curiously for such a historical center, its strategy is to have open cockpits and guests are urged to move into the cockpits and press handles, turn dials, pull levers, flick switches, and so forth. Cockpits open in this way incorporate the Vulcan, Lightning and Canberra. It has a pilot test program which is allowed to utilize, worked from a deride up cockpit.
The gallery has as of late reestablished a Boeing 737-200 named 'The Spirit of Peter Bath' and has made a presentation about Sir Peter Bath and his organization 'Shower Travel' inside the fuselage. It is trusted that Bournemouth Aviation Museum is the main exhibition hall in Europe to incorporate a 737-200 in its accumulation. Much more as of late the historical center has taken responsibility for forward fuselage of an ex Empire Test Pilots School BAC 1-11, very well-suited considering the air ship was manufactured just a couple of hundred meters from where it rests now.
