Abbey Park, Leicester
About Abbey Park, Leicester
Abbey Park is Leicester's chief stop and lies around one mile north of the downtown area. The River Soar separates this delightful stop into two unmistakable territories. On the western side of the waterway are the interesting Abbey Grounds with the remaining parts of the twelfth century Leicester Abbey, and the remnants of Cavendish House, a seventeenth century chateau.
Toward the east of the stream lies the exceedingly beautifying Victorian piece of the recreation center with its evergreen greenery, trees, sailing lake, scaled down railroad, and formally planted bloom shows. The mainstream and settled pets corner on the western side of the recreation center is allowed to enter and has a choice of winged creatures and creatures.
