About Transfiguration Cathedral
The Savior's Transfiguration Cathedral is the primary Orthodox Church of Dnipro, Ukraine. The establishment stone was laid on 20 May 1787 by Catherine II of Russia and Austrian Emperor Joseph II, amid Catherine's Crimean journey.
