About Kovel
Kovel is a metropolis in Volyn Oblast in northwestern Ukraine. Serving because the workplace of Kovel Raion the town itself is special as a city of oblast importance and is not a part of the raion populace 69,342. Kovel offers its call to one of the oldest runic inscriptions which have been lost for the duration of World War II.
