About Antratsyt
Antratsyt or Antratsit is a city in Eastern Ukraine. Until 1962 it was referred to as Bokove-Antratsyt. The metropolis is positioned within the southern part of the Luhansk Oblast. Antratsyt is incorporated as a metropolis of oblast significance and is the center of Antratsyt Municipality which includes six urban-type settlements. It also serves as the place of work of Antratsyt Raion, even though it does now not belong to the raion. Its populace is approximately 53,641. Evidence from archeological finds and burial mounds from 30,000 BC shows the Saltovo-Mayaki had been Antratsyt's earliest ancestors.
