Lacin

Lacin is a district of Corum Province in the Black Sea region of Turkey. It is located at 29 km from the city of Corum. It covers a territory of 214 km², and the height is 720 m. Populace is around 9,425 of which 2,153 live in the town of Lacin, and the rest in the encompassing towns. The leader is Unal Gevsek MHP. The atmosphere has highlights of both the dry Central Anatolian plain and the Black Sea drift; winters are cool, summers are sweltering and dry, with most precipitation in spring.

The locale is in part rugged and lush. Being so near the city of Corum the locale has minimal financial quality of its own; kin live on developing grains, chickpeas and different yields.
